Registration is closed

We are recruiting and training new members in preparation for the upcoming fire season. This course is designed to give you basic bushfire fighting skills and is a requirement for all members to attend fire incidents.

This session is the second of several sessions we will have to help with practical skills. We encourage you to attend as many practical sessions as you can - but you don't need to attend them all.

To complete this training you will need to:

- complete the online theory work

- complete the practical training

- pass the short theory exam

- pass the practical, scenario based assessment

You will also need to:

- be a member of the Brigade

- be a member of the RFS

- complete the online Volunteer Induction course

- complete the online Safety Induction course

We will help you complete all of this as quickly as possible so you can be an active member of the Brigade in time for the upcoming fire season.
