Every second year, the Warringah-Pittwater Rural Fire District holds the Bushies Ball. This year the Ball will be held on the 9th August 2014 at the Novotel Manly. This function is the major fundraiser for the Warringah-Pittwater Volunteer Rural Fire District’s Welfare Fund.
The Welfare Fund provides assistance to our volunteers during times of hardship, including ill health, injury and bereavement, resulting from both operational duty and from everyday life.
