After a comprehensive consultation process the RFS has developed and announced it’s vaccination policy for volunteer members.
The policy means that for our Brigade it will be necessary for Brigade members to be fully vaccinated by 30 June 2022 (at the latest).
Members need to make sure they have updated their vaccination status in one.rfs.nsw.gov.au If you can’t update this yourself you can also show your vaccination certificate to a Deputy Captain, Senior Deputy Captain, Captain or Group Officer and they can update your vaccination status for you.
If you don’t update your vaccination status the RFS will have to assume you are not vaccinated.
Members that are not vaccinated will be moved to a non-operational membership group.
