Memorial garden proposal

We are working with Northern Beaches Council to landscape the area in front of the station and turn it into a memorial garden. It’s hoped that we will be able to use this area as a memorial garden for previous members including Graeme Crayford, Greg Roberts and Bill Lee.

Our plan is to complete the work in three stages – stage one will be the placement of sandstone blocks along the road edge, stage 2 will be mulching and planting out the area on the corner and stage 3 will be mulching and planting out the area along the road down past the retaining wall.

We’re looking for mulch and volunteers from the Brigade and the community to help out as the work gets underway.
